The Autentica Collective is an international group of freelancer consultants advising in the field of cultural heritage with a special focus on destination experience and attraction management. The members of the collective have wide range of experience and backgrounds in cultural heritage and work in various point of the world from Canada to countries of the European Union.

Roland Láposi
Az Autentica alapítója. Tanulmányait a Heriot-Watt Egyetem MSc Kulturális Örökség Menedzsment és Turizmus, MSc Várostervezés és Ingatlanfejlesztés és a Pécsi Tudományegyetem BSc Településmérnök szakon végezte. Elkötelezett a fenttarthatóság, a közösségi tervezés és a slow turizmus iránt.
Founder of the Autentica. He holds an MSc in Cultural Heritage Management with Tourism with Distinction and an MSc in Real Estate and Planning (Heriot-Watt University) and a BSc in Urban Planning (University of Pécs). He is committed to sustainability, community engagement and to the slow tourism.
Hannah Downie
Az Autentica alapítója. Hanna az Aberdeen Egyetem MA Régészet és Történelem, illetve a Heriot-Watt Egyetem MSc Kulturális Örökség Menedzsment és Turizmus szakon végezett, ahol Rowena Forbes Memorial Prize díjat nyert. Szívügye a közösségbevonás, az egyenlő bánásmód és a társadalmi integráció.

Hannah is a Rowena Forbes Memorial Prize winner and holds an MSc in Cultural Heritage Management with Tourism with Distinction (Heriot-Watt University) and an MA in Archaeology and History (Aberdeen University). She is committed to community outreach and sponsoring equality and inclusivity.
Catriona McLaughlin

Catriona holds a First Class MA degree in English Literature and History (University of Glasgow) and an MSc in Cultural Heritage Management with Tourism with Distinction (Heriot-Watt University). She is passionate about education and community engagement at heritage and tourism sites.
Laura Zindel

Laura holds a BA degree in Foreign and Regional Languages, Literatures and Civilisations related to Anglo-Saxon countries as well as a First Year of Master’s Degree in Cultural Studies (University of Tours) and an MSc in Cultural Heritage Management with Tourism (Heriot-Watt University). She is passionate about historical narratives and tourism valorisation of cultural heritage.

Ian is our mentor in crime and sounding board at Autentica. He has many years of experience with working tourism and heritage management organisations internationally a consultant. He is the Director of the Scottish Confucius Institute for Business and Communication (Heriot-Watt University) and the Heritage Alliance, and Vice-Chair of the Built Environment Forum Scotland.
